This Piercing originates from South Eastern Asia and India. Quite often, two bars are inserted through the head of the penis, symmetrically and longitudinally through the corona, although you may also choose to have a single bar pierced into this location.
Most of all, a Dydoe is suitable to a cut penis. Due to pressure arising from the foreskin, an uncut penis - pierced in this way - may slowly experience a skewing of the jewel(s).
