Anaesthesia
Should you prefer so, most of the Piercings can be performed using topic anaesthesia so that the procedure will not inflict any pain at all. This is done by a doctor and will cost you an extra fee. This additional process must be booked on beforehand, so that our doctor is able to come at a time convenient to both you and him.

Some of the superficial pain may be avoided by the application of Emla crème, which you can purchase at any Pharmacy (40 – 50 DKr.). This crème must be allowed to work for about one hour prior to the piercing. Please notice that it’s effective only in removing paint at the very surface of the skin, not having any effect upon deeper structures.
However, it’s perfectly all right to choose having a piercing performed without any anaesthesia, very much depending on your threshold for pain and your mental ability to handle pain. Usually, piercings of the tongue, eyebrow, and belly bottom can be done without anaesthetics. On the other hand, a Prince Albert or a piercing of the nipples may cause much pain, although extremely variable in between individuals.
In any case, you can count upon a calm and sincere atmosphere. We do have a sufficient time for you. You may stay here as long as you need afterwards, so that you are perfectly all right to leave our premises. In any case of doubt, we will provide you with transportation home, completely free of charge. (home transportation is only valid inside Denmark)
